LATE ARRIVALS
To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $15 late fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
-

LATE CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. All cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file through Vagaro. Once the outstanding balance is paid, you may schedule a new appointment. If the payment method on file is declined, a temporary booking restriction will be placed on your profile until all fees are resolved. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
-

NO-SHOWS
In the case of missing your appointment, no call no show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. Cancellation and "No Show" fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, our system will put a hold on your profile. All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.
